You were great and also adjusted the delivery address when I made a mistake. However UPS was delayed due in delivery for Thursday due. to weather and yet took no action over the Friday and the weekend. They did move quickly once Monday arrived. UPS can sharpened their communication including ringing the door bell to alert to the delivery. That way things are made more secure.

Very disappointed in this set.
After one washing, the zipper broke.
Was expecting better quality from Daniadown.

Please contact the store you purchased and we will arrange to replace the zipper on the Duvet Cover set.
