Returns & Exchanges
Product return requests based on aesthetic reasons will be considered at Daniadown's discretion within 30 days of date of purchase and if the product has not been used, this policy is strictly enforced as used bedding products are not resalable, due to hygienic reasons.
Online and in-store purchases can be returned free of charge at any Daniadown store location (Store Locator). Please bring a copy of your receipt so that we can locate the order.
Alternatively, returns can be made via post by shipping the product back to our warehouse. Please contact us through our live chat, by emailing service@daniadown.com, or by calling us at 1-800-663-9088 with information about the return, including the order number, to arrange this.
All Shipping Costs for returns will be borne by the consumer. Shipping Costs for valid warranty claims will be reimbursed.
