• Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
• Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding published holidays.
• When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
• If there is not a secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have a package delivered to your place of business. Please use the company name in the ‘Address 1’ field.
• All parcels originate from our distribution warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• The following shipping methods are available for you to choose from.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

International Destinations - shipping costs will be confirmed prior to shipping. Please note . Product Orders will initially show shipping cost as Free until we are able to provide a quote with the actual shipping costs. Shipping will be charged separately.

Tip: Our shipping rates are calculated based on order value and destination. Adding items to your purchase will significantly improve the % shipping cost to order value. It is best to order multiple items in one order than to create multiple orders.

Proof of Delivery: All shipments over $300 will require a signature at the time of delivery.

Shipping Damage: Please inspect your product upon receipt and note any damage or suspect damage on the waybill the delivery company asks you to sign. This will assist us in filing a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Our customer service representative will assist you in making damage claims with the carrier if you desire, simply forward a signed copy of the waybill document to us and state the nature of the damage. Please be sure to include your name and address.

United States Duties and Taxes: all shipments will be sent by parcel courier companies and will be cleared and brokered on your behalf, we will cover the duty fees. However, any state or federal sales taxes that may be payable for imported products are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be aware that the selected delivery service performance may vary due to uncontrollable circumstances with clearing international parcels through customs. * -

US Customs - For US bound shipments, orders valued over $2500.00, will require the importer’s identification number on our paperwork. We may request either your EIN/Tax Identification Number assigned by the IRS or your Social Security Number. Delivery Times: Although we have made every effort to eliminate shipping times and terms which are unobtainable, we will contact you by e-mail should we not be able to fulfill your service selection. You will be given the option to cancel your order or accept new shipping terms.
