Arrived Stained, but Nice Quality

The coverlet has a beautiful design and a very soft feel. We really appreciate that it’s 100% cotton, inside and out, which is surprisingly hard to find. We also loved that it comes in a super‑king size, which finally means no more blanket tug‑of‑war at night.

On the downside, ours arrived with a noticeable stain. This was likely because it wasn’t packaged in plastic, which I actually appreciate from an eco‑friendly standpoint. However, the return/exchange process was quite cumbersome. The company places most of the logistical burden on the customer, and despite sending a photo within 30 minutes of delivery, there was no option for a small concession (even 15–20%) to keep the item. Their responses were timely and professional, but a goodwill discount would have gone a long way given the inconvenience of repackaging and returning a large textile item.

For what it’s worth, about 60–70% of the stain came out, but a faint mark remains...so I’m now left with a full‑priced coverlet that isn’t in stain-free condition. I genuinely wish the company offered more customer‑friendly solutions, because had a small discount been offered, this review would have been much more positive.

While we understand that returning larger bedding products can be inconvenient, our policy requires that products be returned in order for us to process a replacement or refund. This allows us to properly inspect reported issues and maintain consistency in how we handle product concerns.
